TECHNOLOGY AND DESIGN MADE IN ITALY

Primax is a proven Italian manufacturer. All of its activities, from research and development to production, are strictly carried out in Italy, in the company's plant in San Vito al Tagliamento (Pordenone).

The selection of materials and parts, design, technological research and rigorous testing: the decision to concentrate all manufacturing processes in-house reflects Primax's focus on quality. Moreover, the company ensures quick, extensive post-sales services.

2009

Primax Srl is founded. The adventure into the design and construction of refrigerated equipment dedicated to professional kitchens begins. The company’s offices and production facilities are in San Vito al Tagliamento (Pordenone), Italy.

2018

Primax becomes part of the SOMEC Group along with over 20 other Italian enterprises. Being part of an international group brings the company financial security and new manufacturing capabilities.

2022

The company celebrates its evolution, updating its corporate identity. It adopts the tagline of ‘Primax, cold made in Italy’, and launches a new website that has been refreshed in terms of its content and design.

2023

Official presentation of the new range of equipment for food storage. Interconnected, increasingly smart refrigerated solutions and blast chillers that aim for environmental sustainability.
